Made with only the must drop the press, was a settling of 3 days at - 4 ° C and fermented at 18 º C. The wine remained on lees in tank battonage suffering a week from November to March, when bottling. We used the method of fermentation in the bottle and traditional stage on lees for 9 months.

Tasting Notes

Clean and bright bubble forming a thin paste intense. The aroma is complex with notes of brioche, white flowers and vanilla. The palate is a foaming solid, filled with notes of fresh red fruit.
