Technical details

This is the first edition of this varietal, made from the noble white grape variety of Dão region. The Quinta do Serrado Encruzado is a wine with great finesse, aromatic complexity, with vegetal, floral and mineral. Occurs fermentation and aging in French oak barrels of first year. Elegant in flavor, has a great acidity and has a high potential for aging surprising for its freshness and persistence in the mouth. In the mouth stand out aromas and flavors of hazelnuts, pine nuts and pine resin. Is the variety more balanced from Dão.
It should be served between 10º and 12º C.
